✅A lead planning consultant and a highways and traffic expert have been appointed and are on the case.
✅Meetings have been held to ensure Stinchcombe PC with Cam PC, Taits Hill Residents Action Group and Cam Community Action Group: understand the appeal process and timings; align on key points; understand how to make submissions with impact and appropriately point to planning law and policies. Further meetings are planned to ensure we then can make the best verbal submissions at the appeal.
⁉️This is a tough ask because Stroud DC are fighting the appeal on the key aspects of landscape impact and principle of development but not on Highway Safety. That is not SDC’s fault as they have to rely on GCC Highways who have done a cozy deal with the developer!
💪Therefore SPC with consultant, expert and community help will be fighting the appeal on highways matters as well as supporting SDC in bringing our local perspective to all other matters.
